Everything you need to know about ordering, personalizing and sizing your custom gi.
How long does a custom gi take?
Each custom gi is cut and sewn to order, so it takes longer than ready-made gear; the shipping policy has the timing. Rush service is available — if you have an urgent order, email or call us and choose Rush Order Shipping at checkout.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single custom gi, or matching gis for your whole academy. For team orders, start with the wholesale form.
How do I send my logo or my own design?
Email your logo, artwork or reference images to support@bjiujitsu.com with your order number, and describe where each one should go and the style you want. If you'd like to discuss the design first, contact us or call +1 (959) 777-1012.
How do I pick the right gi size?
Gi sizes are based on height and weight. Our gi size guide has charts for men, women and kids, and support can confirm a size before you order.
Can I return a custom gi?
No: customized and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. Standard products follow the conditions in our refund policy.
