At bjiujitsu.com, we take pride in providing high-quality Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gear. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We are so confident in our products that we allow our customers to return any item within 14 days of receipt with a money-back guarantee. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Exceptions:

Customized Gis or Gear: Once an item has been personalized with your name or brand, we cannot accept a return or resale.
Valid Reasons for Returns and Refunds:

Item was damaged upon arrival or during transit.

You received the wrong size, color, or item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Late or Missing Refunds

Customized Items
Only regular items are eligible for refunds. Customized items (including personalized Gis and gear) cannot be refunded or returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@bjiujitsu.com.
